At Fresh Finds Supply Co., every order is packed with care and intention. We aim to get your goods to you as quickly, affordably, and sustainably as possible.
📦 Processing Time
Because we’re a small, curated shop, all orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. This allows us time to quality check, assemble, and package each item by hand.
Custom orders or larger drops may take a bit longer — we’ll always let you know if there’s a delay.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Carriers
We currently ship within the U.S. using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or DHL.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You may also see flat-rate or discounted shipping during special events or bundle promotions.
🕰️ Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (when available)
Once your package leaves our hands, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand soon! Follow us on Instagram or join our email list to be the first to know.
📬 Shipping Delays & Issues
Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, we unfortunately have no control over delays, rerouting, or lost shipments — but we’ll do our best to help you track it down.

Sending a Fresh Find as a gift? Let us know at checkout — we’re happy to include a personalized note. Gift wrapping or special packaging may be available for a small additional fee.
