Thank you for shopping at Fresh Finds Supply Co.
Every item in our shop is handpicked, thrifted, or curated with intention. Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind, we ask that you review the policy below carefully before purchasing.


🛍️ All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique and often thrifted nature of our inventory, all sales are final. This includes our curated bundles, vintage finds, and custom merchandise. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing, style preferences, or buyer’s remorse.


💥 If There’s a Problem With Your Order

We want you to be happy. If there’s a legitimate issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

You may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement if:

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • You’re missing a core item from your bundle

To be eligible, please contact us at LeachEsq@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We’ll review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.


💳 Refunds (if applicable)

If your claim is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the one-of-a-kind nature of most of our inventory. However, if a mistake was made on our end, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
